How many veterans gain 30, 40, or 50 pounds or more after service? To be in this community you must commit to get back into the best shape since your military service. Healthy weight affects health risks, hormones, and more. We hold each other accountable to on our fitness journey, and share our collective knowledge and information with each other.
Put twenty millionaires in a room together and ask them to talk about their problems. The most common problem is going to be relationships with people they love and care about. Parents, spouses, girlfriends, dating, and even parenting children is discussed. We work together to become better to the people we love, including self love, boundaries and self respect.
